Snuffle Safety: Your Dog’s Well-Being Comes First

At Snuffle, we understand that your dog is family. That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure their safety, comfort, and happiness during every walk. Our experienced walkers follow strict safety protocols, and we have policies in place for handling any unexpected situations.

How We Keep
Your Dog Safe

How We Keep Your Dog Safe

  • Verified Walkers – Every Snuffle walker undergoes background checks, completes a safety questionnaire and receives safety guidelines for completing safe walks.
  • Real-Time Tracking – Track your dog’s walk live through our app.
  • Emergency Preparedness – Walkers are informed about what to do in case of a problem and there is an emergency report system.
  • Secure Gear Checks – Part of our safety guidelines, we ensure leashes, harnesses, and collars are secure before every walk.
  • Weather Precautions – Walks are adjusted for heat, cold, or extreme conditions.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

Even with the best precautions, emergencies can happen. Here’s how we handle them:

  • Minor Incidents (scrapes, lost tags, etc.) – Your walker will notify you and provide basic first aid if needed.
  • Serious Situations (injury, illness, escape) – We will immediately contact you and, if necessary, take your dog to the nearest trusted vet.
  • Lost Dog Protocol – Our walkers follow an immediate action plan, and notifying our support team.
  • Insurance & Support – We offer coverage for certain incidents (see below) and assist in resolution.
